Privacy Policy

Booking Goa helps people find long-term and holiday rentals in North Goa, India. It works through our Telegram bot @BookingGoaBot, the Telegram mini app, the website domikumorya.com, a hotel cabinet, and a read-only connector for AI assistants (domikumorya.com/mcp). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have.

What we collect

• Telegram users (guests and realtors): your Telegram ID, name and username as Telegram provides them; messages and search requests you send to the bot or the app; favourites; availability requests (property, dates, number of guests) and the answers to them.
• Website and cabinet: a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in (30 days). No advertising or tracking cookies.
• Hotel managers: WhatsApp number, name and hotel name entered by our team, and your answers to guest requests.
• AI assistant connector: the search text and filters the assistant sends, and the IP address of the request for rate limiting and abuse protection. We do not receive your chat history or your identity from the assistant.
• Property data published by realtors and owners (photos, prices, location). Owner phone numbers and realtor notes are internal and are never shown to guests or AI assistants.

Why we use it

• To show matching places and pass your availability request to the right realtor or hotel, and to send you their answer.
• To understand demand in aggregate (which areas and budgets people look for) so realtors can add the right places.
• To keep the service secure and working: rate limits, error logs, preventing spam.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Telegram — delivers messages between you, the bot and realtors.
• Amvera (hosting and database) and Google (spreadsheet copy of the property catalogue used by our team).
• AI model providers (for example Anthropic, Groq, DeepSeek, OpenRouter) — receive the text of a search request to understand it. They do not receive your Telegram ID or contacts.
• The realtor or hotel you send a request to — sees your name, the dates and the property.

How long we keep it

Requests — up to 12 months after the last activity; after that a request is anonymised, and we keep only aggregate facts (source, property, outcome). Favourites — until you remove them. A request to a realtor is also delivered as a Telegram message and lives there under Telegram's rules. Technical logs — up to 30 days on our side; our hosting provider (Amvera) keeps its own operational logs under its policy. Aggregated demand statistics do not identify people and may be kept longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show or delete your data at any time: write to @BookingGoaBot in Telegram. Stopping the bot in Telegram stops all messages from us. Hotel managers can ask Booking Goa to remove their access and number.

Children

The service is for adults planning a stay. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above.
