What the service is

Booking Goa is a catalogue of rentals in North Goa, India, collected by local realtors, with tools to search and to ask a realtor or hotel about availability. Booking Goa is not the owner of the properties and is not a party to the rental agreement between a guest and an owner.

Prices and availability

• Prices are monthly unless marked otherwise, in Indian rupees, and may change by season.
• Availability is never guaranteed until the realtor or hotel confirms it for your dates. Each listing shows when the owner last confirmed it.
• Photos and descriptions come from realtors and owners; we check them but cannot promise every detail.

AI assistants

AI assistants connected to domikumorya.com/mcp get read-only access to public listing data. Answers written by an assistant are its own; the listing link and the realtor’s confirmation are the source of truth. Automated bulk copying of the catalogue, and use beyond normal search, are not allowed; we rate-limit requests.

Your responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and honestly; do not send spam or false requests.
• Agree payment, deposit and check-in terms directly with the realtor or owner, and check the place before paying in full.
• Follow local rules, including registration of foreign guests (C-form), which the owner submits.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Booking Goa is not liable for the condition of a property, for agreements between guests and owners, or for losses caused by changed prices or availability.
